What we expect
The quality of the service we provide to our clients is in many ways dependant on the level of service that our suppliers provide to us. We have a responsibility towards our clients to ensure that any suppliers we use meet with our, and their, exacting requirements in respect of many different aspects; not just the obvious criteria such as collecting and delivering on time, conforming to the tumultuous aspects of legislation, and holding appropriate Assicurazione cover, but also the less obvious matters such as Environment and Health & Safety.
It is with the growing concerns of our clients, and industry bodies, that we have now reached a point where we must formalise a documented system of assessment in order that we may satisfy ourselves, and indirectly our clients, that the ethos of our suppliers is akin to ours. Within such formalisation we will also monitor the performance, and continued compliance with the key criteria.
