Our Terms and Conditions
It is important that all parties involved fully understand the terms and conditions relating to entering into a contract, whether written or verbal. This section covers all aspects of terms and conditions as well as general payment terms.
Insurance
As a BIFA member, we are required to ensure that a minimum level of insurance is in place. There are, as with any type of insurance policy, certain exclusions.
Dangerous Goods
At Ital Logistics we take the matter of transporting goods which are hazardous very seriously indeed, and do our utmost to ensure that they are carried in compliance with the rules of ADR & IMDG.
Incoterms
Valuable information relating to Incoterms, insurance, dangerous goods segregation including documentary guidance, industry terms and conditions, amongst others are featured, and any haulier wishing to become a provider of freight services to Ital Logistics can do so using our assessment form.
Suppliers
Our suppliers are as important to the Company’s success as our clients. The quality of our suppliers is vital, and we are always seeking new suppliers. If you would like to become a supplier to Ital Logistics, you can find more information here.
