Having dealt with quite aA few different transporters the personal touch that you are given from Ital is definitely one of the main reasons we continue to use them, advice when goods have been collected via email or phone and when they will be delivered is not something I have experienced with many other companies and this is a very important part of our movements to both us and our customers.
